  • Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of consciousness, that presents itself when deep relaxation and focused attention are combined. Much like a guided meditation, hypnosis requires you to participate in a sensory driven, imaginative process.

    Modern Self hypnotic journeys invite you to process your emotions, let go of past experiences, and disarm any resistance to positive change.

  • During hypnosis the critical — or analytical mind — becomes less active. Allowing thoughts and feelings to just flow without placing judgement upon them. The subconscious does not understand good from bad, it is simply information stored through emotional imprints from all experiences.

    When you relax both mind and body deeply, your subconscious mind is able to accept positive messages.
